Towns are important partners in the push to improve mobility and safety for pedestrians, bicyclists, and drivers. But, often municipal budgets fall a bit short when it comes to funding transportation demand management (TDM) projects. Year 3 of KMM's Municipal TDM Awards gave five towns a share of $20,000 in grants for municipal TDM projects. Each of these projects has met the standards for federal Congestion Management Air Quality funding and will be an asset to not only these communities, but to all of Middlesex County.
